Free State Film Festival May 11-13

TAG is very excited to be a part of the revamped Free State Film Festival, Lawrence’s own film festival. There’s a lot to be excited about. For our part, we have two TAG-produced shorts (“The Line” and “Goodnight Jane”) as part of the Saturday shorts program. Also, TAG co-produced feature The Dome of Heaven will make its Lawrence/Kansas City debut on Sunday of the festival.

These are our contributions to an already strong lineup that includes new work from Patrick Rea, the scathing documentary Corporate FM and Sundance darling Compliance. The prices are ridiculously low considering this lineup: pre-ordered passes are only $20 and include all films and panels, two receptions and a discount on passes into the Replay’s Spring into Summer Music Festival. See you there!

KC Film Fest

More chances to see TAG work at KC Film Fest, going on April 11-15. Our short documentary “Stan Herd: Man of the Land” shows in the People Like Us (Shorts Program 1) block on Wednesday, April 11th at 4:30pm and again on Saturday, April 14th at 11:15am. If you didn’t catch Patrick Rea’s Nailbiter up in Omaha – featuring production and post-production support from TAG – it opens the festival the evening of Wednesday, April 11th.

You can buy tickets and passes here. See you at the festival!

Omaha Film Festival 2012!

We have three movies that will be screening at this year’s Omaha Film Festival!

“Goodnight Jane” – a film we produced, and written and directed by Misti Boland, is playing Friday at 6:15 pm

“Nailbiter” is the second feature from Patrick Rea, and is starting its festival run in Omaha. We provided both on-set and post work for this fun horror feature. Screens Friday night at 8:30.

“The Line” is a film we produced, written and directed by our very own Chris Blunk. It screen Saturday at 5:30 p.m.

If you happen to be in Omaha, we hope to see you there!
